Ganini provides technology products and services for today's global businesses.
Ganini provides products that span such verticals as agriculture, healthcare, manufacturing industry
and multichannel retail. In addition, Ganini specializes in business to business
application integration, custom application development, IT strategic and operations
planning, database management and other leading software technologies. Ganini's
team consists of experienced developers and managers working together to help clients

Who We Are |

Subramanian Viswanathan (Vish) |
|
With well over two decades of industry experience, more than half as a Program Manager
for Microsoft, Vish offers important leadership in Ganini. While at Microsoft in
the Windows Division, Vish’s expertise was also critical for the offshore and Redmond teams working on various
features on the Windows Platform. As the Regional Architectural Engineer for East
Region Technology Team, he established key development strategies and integration
for customers such as Merrill Lynch, GE Capital, Citibank, Goldman Sacks and many
other Fortune 500 and Wall Street Firms.
Vish’s years as Principal Consultant and Architect with Microsoft provided opportunities
to assist companies such as Carnival Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, Office
Depot, American Express, Diamond.com, Auto Nation, Ryder and many others to develop strategies,
implement leading edge Microsoft technology, manage projects full lifecycle
and working with clients as a trusted advisory on business and technology.
Throughout
his vast career, he has worked in a wide range of industries such as insurance with
Guardian and New York Life Insurance and manufacturing and distribution
including BASF Corporation and TATA/Unisys Consulting. Vish has a Master of Sceince
in Management from Polytechnic University, New York, a Master pf Engineering and Bachelor
of Engineering from IISc Bangalore, India and Bachelor of Sceience from University of Madras, Chennai, India.

| Visvanathan Jayaraman
|
Jayaraman brings thirty-plus years of industry experience to Ganini, which includes
over eleven years with
Tea Estates India Limited (TEI), a division of Hindustan Lever Limited. This division is India’s largest
FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Group) Marketer with 35 power brands.
While at TEI, Jayaraman developed innovative handheld
devices for capturing data at agricultural
fields and creating applications for
the tea plantation industries.
Another industry benefiting from his development expertise is in automotive component
manufacturing. He established the Data Centre for Rane, a company with
many plants in South India.His work on various platforms in development, implementation, and
support services brings exceptional value to Ganini’s clients.
Jayaraman has a Masters in Computer Applications from University of Madras, India. Recently, he
passed the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) course conducted by ISACA, USA.

Sethuraman Chandrasekaran N (Chandru) |
|
Chandru brings over twenty-five IT experience to Ganini, which includes sixteen-plus
years in an IT
company providing end-to-end solutions to their clients. During this tenure he
handled hardware management, software development, pre-sales support,
marketing and customer relations.
As an IT Consultant, Chandru has been advising numerous clients in a variety of
industries including an automotive component manufacturing
company in defining their IT plans and implementing innovative solutions to improve
their business processes
and a garment manufacturing company, improving business processes
at the shop floor. He had made effective use of bar code technology to control the
material movements.
As a General Manager of MDC Infoway Ltd, he managed a team of
IT professionals to develop user friendly web-site creation tools. During this time
he implemented Web-based ASP solutions for the distribution channels through a model for the automotive industry. As a System Manager with Dalmia group of companies.
Shri Nataraj Chemicals and Ceramic Industry Ltd, he developed applications in
Oracle Developer 2000 and maintained their legacy system for financial accounting, sales and payroll systems.
With an Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering degree from Indian Institute of Science,
Bangalore and vast years of experience integrating technologies,
Chandru provides effective IT solutions, often exceeding clients’ requirements.
